تستعد حاليا جمعية بسمة للإنتاج الفني بوجدة ، فرقة محترف مسرح بسمة لانجاز عمل مسرحي جديد بعنوان " كفوف الراحة " مسرحية كوميدية من اقتباس وإخراج محمد الشركي ، تشخيص الممثلان الكوميديان يوسف حامدي ويوسف بوزغبة ، سينوغرافيا محمد بن حمزة ، تقني العرض البشير يوسفي ، المحافظة العامة فتيحة عبد اللوي.

وللتذكير فقد قدم عرض تجربي للعمل خلال سنة 2009 تحت اشراف المركز الفرني بوجدة.

توطئة

في إطار العروض المسرحية المدعمة من لدن وزارة الثقافة، عرضت يوم 18 شتنبر 2009 بالمركب الثقافي بمدينة الناظور مسرحية " أزرع.. الصح.. ينبت" لفرقة محترف مسرح بسمة من وجدة. المسرحية؛ وهي عبارة عن مونودراما من تأليف وتشخيص محمد الشركي، سنيوغرافيا محمد بن حمزة، تقني العرض ومنفذ الديكورالبشير يوسفي، الإشراف على الموسيقى محمد حامدي، الملابس والمحافظة العامة فتيحة عبداللاوي.
يعتبر مؤلف المسرحية ومشخصها محمد الشركي احد المائلين إلى أسلوب المسرح الفردي. فعندما نبحث في ريبرتواره المسرحي نجده قد شخص عدة مسرحيات في هذا الإطار نذكر منها: " فيلسوف الشباب"، " عرس الموتى" ، " افتحوا الأبواب"، ...
يمكن استجلاء بعض مكونات هذا العرض من خلال مستويين: دلالي، وآخر فني

المستوى الدلالي

المسرحية تطفح بعدة تيمات، وتنطلق من الذات نحو الآخر ولا تتقيد بحدود الزمان ولا المكان،
بحيث لا يمكن الوقوف عند متن واحد متماسك. والملاحظ أن تركيبة هذا العرض في مجملها مرتبطة بعملية السرد الذي يستعرض أمامنا مشاهد متداخلة. فمنذ البداية تسلط المسرحية الضوء على واقع الفنان المغربي ومعاناته في سبيل نشر فنه، وكسب قوته اليومي، لتتناسل الأحداث بعد ذلك وتنتقل بنا نحو عوالم مختلفة قاسمها المشترك قوة البوح وانتقاد الوضع المغربي/ العربي الذي يعيش تناقضات صارخة.
تناولت المسرحية واقع الإدارة المغربية التي ما زالت تتغاضى عن أبسط مطالب الفنان. وفي هذا الصدد يشير الممثل إلى حقه في التمتع بمهنة فنان توضع في بطاقته الوطنية، إلا أن الإدارة تأبى الاعتراف به وبهذه المهنة. وهكذا فإن الفنان المغربي والعربي يعيش في سجن كبير مسيج بأنظمة مستبدة تحبس على كل مبدع أنفاسه وحركاته، كما تتوفر على آليات ضبط دقيقة، وهو ما عبرت عنه المسرحية أكثر من مرة بعبارة " البق ما يزهق".
أمام هذه الإكراهات يضطر الممثل إلى الهجرة عساه يجد أفاقا رحبة. ويبدو أن تيمة الهجرة المتناولة في هذه المسرحية تم معالجتها بشكل كاريكاتوري، بحيث تم استحضار شخصية طارق بن زياد وخطبته المشهورة وتحويرها تحويرا ساخرا وصادما، ليصبح العدو الحقيقي ليس هو البحر ولا من يجثم خلفه، بل الوطن نفسه وما ينتجه صناع القرار فيه من واقع كئيب وعلاقات مرضية. ويصدح طارق/ الممثل في جنده بخطبة" عدوكم الفقر والحكرة..."، كما يشبه الوطن العربي بالبقرة الحلوب التي استغلت استغلالا بشعا حتى نضب حليبها. ويدين الحكام العرب المنشغلين بالملذات.
يضطر مرة أخرى الممثل أمام لا جدوى ممارسة المسرح في وطن لا يقدر الفن للتعاطي لمهن أخرى، من قبيل بائع متجول، إلا أنه يصطدم بقساوة هذا الواقع والتي عبرت عنه المسرحية بشخصية الشرطي المرتشي الذي بدأ يلاحق الممثل ويبتزه إذا أراد أن يسمح له بموطئ قدم في السوق. ولعل عبارة " جيبها مكمشة ولاّ الميزان مشى" التي يجهر بها الشرطي في حق البائع تثير سخرية لاذعة إلا أنها اشد إيلاما وعذابا، وهو ما تجاوب معه الجمهور بشكل ايجابي.
تطرقت المسرحية كذلك إلى مسألة البطالة المتفشية في البلاد وكيف أن الطلبة المعطلين من حاملي الشهادات العليا يخوضون إضرابات متواصلة عن الطعام دون أن يلتفت أحد إلى قضيتهم حتى هلكوا جوعا.
نظرا لسلبية الفنان وصعوبة اندماجه في هذا الواقع الموبوء يقرر في نهاية المطاف العودة إلى المسرح والى ممارسة مهنته الحقيقية التي لا يعرف سواها رغم الصعوبات المحدقة به، لأن الذي خلق فنانا واستنشق نسائم الركح لن يتخلى عن وظيفته. وفي الأخير لجأت المسرحية إلى خطاب وعظي إرشادي مباشر موجه إلى الجمهور يحثه على استنبات الخير والدعوة إلى الفضيلة مرددا عبارة" أزرع الصح ينبت".


المستوى الفني والجمالي

إذا كانت دينامية العرض المسرحي تتحكم فيها قاعدة( خذ وهات) بين الممثلين، فإنه في المونودراما كي تتجسد فيها هذه الدينامية، تحتاج إلى مجهود كبير ووسائل بديلة تعوض غياب ممثلين آخرين مما يجعلها دائما محفوفة بالخطورة. وحتى يتحكم المخرج في الخشبة لجأ إلى تقليص فضائها ، وذلك باستخدام ستائر محايدة؛ وهي ستائر حمراء لا دلالة لها غير تحديد منطقة الأداء. وبهذا فان السينوغرافيا المشهدية لهذه المسرحية تتكون من عدة قطع ديكورية من أبرزها الديكور الذي يوجد في عمق الخشبة؛ وهو عبارة عن يافطة تتدلى من الأعلى لافتة للانتباه في شكل رأس آدمي وهي رمز للمسرح. وهذا أمر طبيعي مادام أن العرض يتناول واقع الفنان المسرحي، لذا وجدنا الممثل يخاطب هذا الديكور، الذي هو شاهد على الواقع المسرحي المغربي بجملة" أفرح أزيد أفرح أبّا مسرح". كما نجد في الجانب الأيمن من الخشبة دولابا مكشوفا تملأ رفوفه ملحقات مصاحبة عبارة عن قارورات، مزهريات، كتب. ولقد تم تعليق في ثنايا الدولاب ورقة مكتوب عليها" ازرع الصح ينبت". ونجد في الجانب الأيسر دولابا كذلك، لكنه عبارة عن غرفة كواليس فيها مشجب ومرآة يلتجئ إليها الممثل لتغيير ملابسه. وبشكل موازي وظف المخرج دميتين كبيرتين محاذيتين للدولابين. وفي وسط الخشبة نجد منصة يعتليها الممثل بين الفينة والأخرى لتمرير بعض الخطابات. وهذا يجعلنا نكتشف منذ الوهلة الأولى أن الديكور الموظف يكسر الإيهام المسرحي. إن هذه القطع الديكورية كانت ثابتة طيلة العرض المسرحي. والملاحظ أن توظيف الدميتين أصبح هدفا في حد ذاته الغاية منهما تزيين فضاء الخشبة دون اضطلاعهما بدور واضح. وكما هو معلوم فان أيقونة الدمية نموذج مثالي للمسرح الفردي قصد خلق الحوار والابتعاد عن السرد شريطة أن يسعى الممثل إلى تحريك هذه اللعبة ومسرحتها، والتي من المفروض أن تحيى في المشهد من خلال حيويتها وتحولاتها وعلاقتها مع الممثل، وهو الشيء الذي لم يكن حاضرا بقوة في العرض.
بخصوص التشخيص، فان حركات الممثل كانت في مجملها تعتمد على الاقتصاد، لاسيما وان الصراع في المسرحية لم يكن صراعا جسديا أو ماديا ملموسا بقدر ما كان نفسيا وفكريا. ولقد استطاعت أن تعبر عنه قسمات الوجه وإيماءات اليد أكثر من الحركات التنقلية على الركح عموديا وأفقيا. والحقيقة أن محمد الشركي كان بارعا في تعبيراته الوجهية (التواءات عضلاته وتقطب حاجبيه) وكذا الحركات التشميرية لليد، والتي هي بمثابة لغو حركي ترافق اللغو الكلامي أو قد تصبح بديلا عنه. إلا أننا نسجل هنا غياب الديناميكية والبلاستيكية لباقي حركات الجسد وفصاحته. ويمكن تلخيص هذه الحركات إجمالا في:
- حركات متسيدة وغير خاضعة للحركات الأخرى للممثلين المفترضين والتي قد يتقمص أدوارها الممثل نفسه مادمنا أمام مونودراما. واللافت للنظر انه حتى في الحركات التي كانت تنم عن الخوف والرهبة، مثل انبطاح الممثل أرضا، لا نجد فيها خنوعا من لدن الممثل نظرا لغياب ممارس فعل الاستبداد.
- حركات محدودة وجزئية تحجم لغة الجسد وفصاحته بحيث أصبح التمثيل متمحورا على منطقة الكتف فما فوق على حد تعبير بيتر بروك.
- حركات إيقاعية تتماهى في غالبها مع الموسيقى التصويرية للعرض.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن الموسيقى التصويرية طغت على هذا العرض ورافقته في معظم مشاهده وهي في غالبيتها من نوع موسيقى السيرك، والتي كانت بمثابة فواصل تتخلل العرض عندما ينتقل الممثل من مشهد إلى آخر، أو عندما يلجا إلى إحضار بعض قطع الديكور المحمولة على عربات متحركة. ولخلق شيء من الفرجة تم الاعتماد على الموسيقى الراقصة المصحوبة بالأغاني، لاسيما في مشهد الدمية الراقصة المشتغلة بالبطاريات، التي توحي إلى واقع اللعب واللهو والمجون الذي يعرفه عالمنا العربي.
أما الإضاءة المشهدية والركحية للعرض فكانت في مجملها عبارة عن إنارة عامة للخشبة، نظرا لمحدودية الرقعة المستغلة، إلا أنها كانت تتغير فتصبح خاصة ومركزة حينما ترصد الحالات الشعورية والنفسية المتباينة الطارئة على الممثل، ومن ثم فقد ساهمت في تشكيل إيقاع الحدث الدرامي. والأكيد أن المخرج نجح في جعل الإضاءة عنصرا فاعلا من عناصر الأداء.

خاتمة

استطاعت مسرحية" أزرع الصح ينبت" أن تشد المتلقي من خلال شحذ مشاعره وتعرية واقعه أمامه، وفي المقابل حثه على تغيير المجتمع بواسطة الدعوة إلى الفضيلة. فرغم تبني المسرحية لخطاب تقريري يتمثل في الحديث المباشر إلى الجمهور قصد دفعه إلى اعتناق منظور الشخصية المتحدثة، ورغم المنحى السياسي والتسجيلي المتحكم في جل أحداثها، إلا أنها مع ذلك وظفت تقنيات مهمة من قبيل الاتكاء على الميتامسرح، إذ خولت لها هذه التقنية فضح مكونات اللعبة المسرحية وكسر الإيهام، وجعلها تتقاطع مع المرتجلات المسرحية للمرحوم محمد الكغاط.
كما لجأت المسرحية إلى صيغة الكوميديا السوداء أو الكوميك الصادم، وذلك بتضخيم المواقف والجمع بين المؤلم والمفرح معبرة بهذا عن تناقضات المجتمع المغربي. وقمين بنا أن نشير أيضا إلى أن المسرحية كانت شاهدة على واقعها ومحاولة نفيه في نفس الآن، وهذا ما يجعلها متأثرة بالاتجاه التنظيري لمسرح النقد والشهادة المرتبط بالمرحوم محمد مسكين الذي يرى أن الكتابة المسرحية شهادة على انشطار الذات وعلى مرحلتها التاريخية.

بسمة للإنتاج الفني .. جمعية ثقافية..اجتماعية.. تنموية.. تأسست بمدينة وجدة بتاريخ 06 / 28 / 1995 بهدف تأطير أعمال فنية ثقافية اجتماعية و تنموية تهدف إلى تشجيع التجارب الإبداعية وخلق رواج ثقافي بالجهة الشرقية وكدا على المستوى الوطني والدولي.
أنجزت الجمعية خلال مسيرتها عدة أعمال إبداعية كما نظمت عدت تظاهرات ثقافية اجتماعية وأيضا معارض ودورات تكوينية في مجالات مختلفة من مشارب الإبداع .
تشرف الجمعية على فرقة محترف مسرح بسمة التي تهتم بانجاز عروض مسرحية محترفة ، تهدف إلى المساهمة في تشغيل المسرحيين المحترفين .
تساهم الجمعية في تكوين المسرحيين الشباب من خلال تنظيم دورات تكوينية متنوعة أو إشراكهم كممثلين متدربين في أعمال محترفة كما تسعى الجمعية لتأسيس فرقة مسرح بسمة للشباب .

العروض المسرحية:

الكرة المكعورة

سنة 1994 بمناسبة الذكرى الألفية لمدينة وجدة أسس الثنائي الساخر" الفرا- فرا" الفنانان محمد الشركي ومصطفى الهرد .. وقدما عرضا ساخرا بعنوان "الكرة المكعورة" يتحدث عن الجهة الشرقية والواقع المغربي وكدا العربي شارك في هدا العمل مجموعة "لوريزون الموسيقية" وأشرف على الجانب التقني الفنان مصطفى بلعيد وكدا الفنان البشير يوسفي قدم العرض الأول لهدا العمل بقاعة سينما باريس بوجدة ، كان هدا العمل بمثابة دافع أول لتأسيس جمعية بسمة للإنتاج الفني .
تحت النظام

سنة 1995 أنجز الفنان مصطفى الهرد مسرحية "تحت النظام" مونولوج من تأليفه وإخراجه كما أنجز أيضا سينوغرافيا العمل، الفنان مصطفى الهرد متميز ودارس لمادة الفنون التشكيلية ، المسرحية تحكي عن قصة فنان تشكيلي وعلاقته بالناس والمجتمع ، ومن خلال هده العلاقة يوضح الفنان بعض الظواهر السياسية والاجتماعية
قدم العرض الأول بقاعة سينما باريس بمدينة بوجدة كما شارك العمل في الأسبوع الثقافي لمدينة فجيج والدي نظمته منظمة السنابل الوطنية فرع فجيج ، ساهم في العمل الفنان محمد شركي كتقني إنارة والفنان يحيى بالي كتقني صوت .
عرس الموتى

سنة 1997 مونودراما "عرس الموتى" من تأليف وإخراج الفنان محمد الشركي ، قدم العرض الأول بدار الشباب ابن سينا بوجدة كما شارك في ملتقى الزيتون الأول للمسرح بمدينة وطاط الحاج ، والملتقى الأول لبوعرفة و قبائل بني كيل ببوعرفة ، تحكي المسرحية عن الليل وحياة الليل وعن فئة مهمشة ومنسية من الناس في شخصية "الميخال ".
وقد أعلن بهدا العمل الفنان محمد الشركي بداية تجربته المسرحية " المسرح البسيط " ساهم في العمل الفنان مصطفى الهرد كتقني إنارة الفنان يحيى بالي كتقني صوت كما شارك الفنان مصطفى بوهراوة في عرض مدينة بوعرفة كتقني إنارة وصوت .
المخدوعون
سنة 1998 قدم الفنان مصطفى الهرد مونولوج"المخدوعون" وقام خلال العمل بإعادة الاشتغال على مسرحية تحت النظام وتقديمها بشكل آخر ، اشرف على الإنارة الفنان مصطفى بلعيد أما الموسيقى فكانت للفنان خالد مهني ، قدم العمل بعدة مدن بالجهة الشرقية .

شوف وتفجج

سنة 1999 يعود الفنانان محمد الشركي ومصطفى الهرد للثنائي الساخر" الفرا- لفرا" بمسرحية " شوف وتفجج " عمل تطلب عدة سنوات من الاشتغال لانجازه بحيث كان فرصة كبيرة للبحث والتكوين بالنسبة للثنائي فكان التأليف والإخراج مشتركا بين محمدالشركي ومصطفى الهرد ، أما السينوغرافيا فمن تصميم وانجاز الفنان مصطفى الهرد ، شارك في العمل طاقم متعدد ، الموسيقى خالد مهني، الأغاني للفنان الشاب العيد ، أشرف على الجانب التقني للعمل، البشير يوسفي ، سعيد بوفي ، حسن السواني ، مصطفى بوهراوة ، قدم العمل في عدة مدن بالجهة الشرقية كما تقدمت الفرقة بهدا العمل بطلب دعم الإنتاج المسرحي لوزارة الثقافة وكدا دعم الترويج دون نتيجة .
يتحدث العمل عن لقاء بين باصالح عالم مغربي وشيخ العربان سائح من دول الخليج تجمعهما الظروف في الصحراء ليقضيا ليلة طويلة يحكي فيها كل منهما عن حياته بشكل ساخر ، ليصلا في النهاية إلى ضرورة الاتحاد بين المادة والعلم لتحقيق حياة أفضل للإنسان العربي
مسرحية "شوف وتفجج "العمل الأخير الذي قدمه الفنان مصطفى الهرد مع جمعية بسمة للإنتاج الفني قبل الهجرة خارج الوطن .

ازرع .. الصح .. ينبت

سنة 2001 مع مونولوج" ازرع الصح ينبت "من تأليف وإخراج الفنان محمد الشركي ، وتستمر تجربة المسرح البسيط ازرع الصح ينبت عالج واقع الفنان المغربي ، الفنان والإنسان ، كما تحدت عن عدة قضايا كالهجرة السرية والرشوة ، عمل تحدت عن بغداد وبيعها في المزاد ، قدم العمل لعدة سنوات، شارك في عدة ملتقيات منها مهرجان ربيع مسرح وجدة الأول، مهرجان أسفي الدولي ،الأسبوع الثقافي لمدينة زغنغان ، الأسبوع الثقافي لمدينة جرادة ، كما قدمت إحدى لوحاته ضمن برنامج " نجوم و نجوم" في القناة الثانية 2M
قدم أكثر من اثنان وعشرون عرضا لهدا العمل إلى غاية سنة 2005 ، وقد شارك فيه الفنان البشير يوسفي كتقني عرض ، و فتيحة عبد اللوي في المحافظة العامة والملابس، شارك أيضا في بعض العروض محمد كيري كتقني عرض.

صفعة في المرآة

سنة 2002 مونودراما " صفعة في المرآة " تأليف عبد العزيز الصقعبي ،إخراج محمد الشركي ،تشخيص نعيمة بونيف، موسيقى سعيد باحمو ، تقني العرض البشير يوسفي ، المحافظة العامة فتيحة عبد اللوي ،شارك العمل في مهرجان ربيع مسرح وجدة الثاني الذي تنظمه الجماعة الحضرية لمدينة وجدة على هامش المهرجان .

ليلة العاصفة

في نفس السنة 2002 مسرحية " لـــيلـــة العــــاصفــة " تأليف و إخراج محمد الشركي،هدا العمل جماعي حصل على جائزة التأليف مناصفة في مهرجان ربيع وجدة 2002 ، كما قدم في المهرجان الدولي للرابطة المغربية الفرنسية ابن خلدون بوجدة .
يعتبر هدا العمل خطوة تحول بالنسبة للجمعية حيث يعد أول عمل جماعي تقدمه بسمة ، شارك في التمثيل حنان قروع مونية نكروز ، سعيد بوفي ، محمد الشركي ، الموسيقى والحان الأغاني للفنان سعيد باحمو ،غناء الفنانة نورة بونيف المحافظة العامة فتيحة عبد اللوي ، تقني العرض البشير يوسفي .

افتحوا الأبواب

سنة 2003 مونولوج " افتحوا الأبواب " عن مسرحية " زواج الزنقة " تأليف عبد اللاوي نبيل ، إخراج وتشخيص محمد الشركي تقني العرض البشير يوسفي المحافظةالعامة والملابس فتيحة عبد اللوي هدا العمل قدم في مهرجان ربيع مسرح وجدة الثالث .

بشار الخير

سنة 2004 مسرحية " بشار الخير " تأليف المرحوم محمد الكغاط إخراج محمد الشركي تشخيص فاطمة الزهراء ازنتور .. مصطفى مسرور ، فتيحة الطويل ، محمد الشركي ، الملابس والمحافظة العامة فتيحة عبد اللوي تقني العرض البشير يوسفي الموسيقى للفنان رشيد مسعودي، كما اشتغل في بعض العروض الفنان سعيد باحمو في موسيقى العمل ، قدم في مهرجان ربيع وجدة الرابع ، وفي المهرجان الدولي لرابطة المغربية الفرنسية ابن خلدون و الأسبوع الثقافي لمدينة جرادة .. كما قدم بإصلاحيات الناظور، وإصلاحية السجن الفلاحي بزايو ، تقدمت الجمعية بطلب دعم الإنتاج المسرحي بهذا العمل سنة 2004 وكدا سنة 2006/2007 بعد وضع تصور جديد للعمل.

الزحام

سنة 2005 مع فرقة محترف مسرح بسمة أنجزت الجمعية عملا إبداعيا بعنوان " الزحــــام " تأليف جلول اعراج إخراج محمد الشركي ، حصل على دعم الترويج المسرحي لوزارة الثقافة بالمغرب كما أنجز بتعاون مع الجماعة الحضرية لمدينة وجدة ، قدم العمل في عدة مهرجانات منها ، مهرجان مراكش الدولي ، مهرجان ربيع مسرح وجدة الخامس ، الأسبوع الثقافي لمدينة جرادة ، الأسبوع الثقافي لعين بني مطهر ، شارك في العمل الممثلون فاطمة الزهراء ازنتور ، مصطفى مسرور ، فتيحة الطويل ، محمد الشركي ، منير عمري ،الموسيقى منير عمري وميمون ليتيب ، المحافظة العامة والملابس فتيحة عبد اللوي، تقني العرض البشير يوسفي، سينوغرافيا الفنانون عبد الغفار ،صفوان لقاح ،وياسر عرفات جميل .

رسائل أبي احمد

سنة 2006 قدمت فرقة محترف مسرح بسمة بدعم من وزارة الثقافة وبتعاون مع الجماعة الحضرية لمدينة وجدة مسرحية" رسائل أبي احمد" للكاتب القطري عبد الرحمان المناعي ، إخراج جلول اعراج ، محمد الشركي كمساعد مخرج ومنفذ إنتاج، قدم العرض الرسمي بمسرح محمد الخامس بالرباط ، شارك في العمل الممثلون جلول اعراج ، حنان قروع ، مصطفى مسرور ، فاطمة الزهراء ازنتور ، منير عمري ، سعيد بوفي ، ميمون ليتيب ، رباب عجان ، البكاي لمريسني ، الموسيقى للفنان رشيد مسعودي الحان الأغاني ميمون ليتيب ، تقني العرض البشير يوسفي ، الملابس والمحافظة العامة فتيحة عبد اللوي ، كما شارك الفنان مصطفى بريدعة في انجاز الملابس ، تصميم الملصق محمد حامدي ، تصحيح اللغوي الأستاد سامح درويش قدم العمل في عدة مهرجانات منها مهرجان ربيع مسرح وجدة السادس وحصل على عدة جوائز، أحسن تمثيل إناث ، أحسن إخراج ، أحسن موسيقى ،وقد تم انجاز هدا العمل بقاعة منتدى رحاب بوجدة .

رحلة التيه

بالنسبة للموسم المسرحي 2006 / 2007 أنجزت فرقة محترف مسرح بسمة عمل مسرحي جديد بعنوان "رحلة التيه" تأليف وإخراج محمد الشركي ، تشخيص فاطمة الزهراء ازنتور .. مصطفى مسرور ، محمد الشركي ، بقاش بدران ، الغربي سفيان ، بن علي نور الدين، تقني العرض البشير يوسفي ، الملابس مصطفى بريدعة ،الملابس والمحافظة العامة فتيحة عبد اللوي ، موسيقى محمد حامدي ، انارة بن يونس العزاوي ،وتستمر فرقة محترف مسرح بسمة مع مسرحية" رحلة التيه" والإبداع .
25/05/2007 عرض بقاعة المركب الثقافي بمدينة جرادة تحت إشراف المديرية الجهوية لوزارة الثقافة بوجدة
27/05/2007 عرض بدار الشباب ابن سينا بوجدة في إطار الدورة السابعة لمهرجان ربيع مسرح وجدة

حفلات التكريم.. المعارض ودورات تكوينية

سنة 1997 قررت الجمعية تنظيم أول تظاهرة كبرى لها ، فكان المعرض الأول للحركة المسرحية بالجهة الشرقية والدي ضم صور الأعمال المسرحية لأكثر من 15 فرقة روادا وشباب، بمناسبة اليوم العالمي للمسرح 1997 .
في نفس الإطار قامت الجمعية بتنظيم دورة تكوينية في المسرح اشرف عليها الفنان محمد بن قدور.
اعترافا لمبدعينا الرواد ولخلق صلة وصل بين جيلين قامت الجمعية بتكريم الفنان المسرحي الاستاد يحيى بودلال بحضور فاعلين في الحقل الثقافي، كانت التظاهرة ناجحة مما جعل الجمعية تتخذ تقليد تنظيم احتفال سنوي بمناسبة اليوم العالمي للمسرح، تكرم خلاله احد الوجوه الفاعلة في المسرح بالجهة الشرقية .
سنة 1998 بمناسبة اليوم العالمي للمسرح حفل استقبال لفرقة المسرح البلدي بوجدة بعد المجهود الذي قام به الفنان بن يحيى العزاوي لخلق فرقة مسرحية محترفة وتقديمه لعدة عروض مسرحية بمدن مختلفة بالمغرب .
سنة 2000 قدمت الجمعية معرضا لصور صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس خلال مهرجان وجدة والدي نظمته ولاية مدينة وجدة .
سنة 2001 بمناسبة اليوم العلمي للمسرح حفل تكريم للفنانة فتيحة حمداش الفنانة المسرحية التي أعطت الكثير وتعيش ظروفا اقل ما يقال عنها صعبة .
في نفس الاطار نظمت الجمعية بالمناسبة دورة تكوينية حول تقنيات التمثيل اشرف عليها الفنان مصطفى البرنوصي .
سنة 2002 بمناسبة اليوم العالمي للمسرح حفل تكريم للفنان عمر الدرويش المخرج الفنان ومؤسس "مهرجان وجدة الدولي" هدا المهرجان الذي اقبر بعدما لقي نجاحا كبيرا .
سنة 2002 وبمناسبة اليوم الوطني للمسرح اختارت الجمعية تكريم السيد حدوش لخضر رئيس مجلس دار الشباب ابن سينا بوجدة ،ورئيس الجماعة الحضرية لمدينة وجدة ،الذي قدم دعما كبيرا للمسرح والمسرحيين وأسس مهرجان ربيع مسرح وجدة فتم تكريمه بصفته داعما لثقافة بالجهة الشرقية .
تبنت الجماعة الحضرية لمدينة وجدة فكرة تكريم المبدعين ودلك خلال دورات مهرجان ربيع مسرح وجدة هدا المهرجان الذي ساهمت جمعية بسمة للإنتاج الفني في تأسيسه والحفاظ عليه كما دأبت على المشاركة في كل دوراته
سنة 2005 معرض للفنون التشكيلية للفنان رشيد المقدم وكدا للوحات القرآنية بساحة 16 غشت تحت إشراف غرفة الصناعة التقليدية بوجدة .
سنة 2006 وبمناسبة اليوم العالمي للمسرح حفل فني قدمته مجموعة الأصالة شارك في الحفل الفنان المتميز رشيد مسعودي ونشط الحفل عدد من المسرحيين كالثنائي اللاوية بمشاركة محمد المرضي و عبد القادر اللاوية وقدم الحفل في للتظامن مع الفنان سعيد بوفي.
سنة 2006معرض للفنون التشكيلية للفنان ياسر عرفات جميل بقاعة منتدى رحاب بوجدة .

عروض مسرحية للأطفال

نظمت الجمعية عدة عروض مسرحية للأطفال ودلك من خلال استقبال فرق مختصة في مسرح الطفل أو برمجة صبحيات للأطفال ينشطها اطر وشباب الجمعية ، ومن أهم هده العروض العرض الذي نظمته الجمعية بتعاون مع الجماعة الحضرية بمركز الأحداث بوجدة وشارك فيه الثنائي "التشا تشا " من مدينة الدار البيضاء .

التلفزيون الأبواب الموصدة

تنوعت أنشطت الجمعية مند تأسيسها غير أن النشاط الأول للجمعية كان العمل المسرحي حيث أنجزت الجمعية عدة أعمال متنوعة ومختلفة لقيت إقبالا وتجاوبا كبيرا غير أن السؤال المطروح دائما هو لمادا غياب القنوات التلفزيونية .
بقي هدا السؤال الذي يطرحه الجمهور على الفرقة أمرا محرجا ومحزنا في الوقت ذاته، قامت الفرقة بوضع ملف مسرحية" شوف وتفجج" لدا القناة الثانية ولم تتوصل برد .
سنة 2005 قامت الفرقة بوضع ملف مسرحية "الزحام" لدا القناة الثانية ولم تتوصل برد .

اللقاءات والاجتماعات

إن جمعية بسمة للإنتاج الفني منفتحة على باقي الجمعيات والمؤسسات ذات نفس الأهداف فقد شاركت عدت جهات أخرى على تنظيم ملتقيات ومهرجانات وكدا الإشراف التقني على مهرجان مسرح الشباب وكدا المسرح المدرسي .. كما يبقى حضور الجمعية في مهرجان ربيع مسرح وجدة حضورا فاعلا حيث تعمل الجمعية على المساهمة في تطوير هدا المهرجان واستمراره ودلك من خلال وضع مقترحاتها خلال الاجتماعات المخصصة له.
تعقد الجمعية لقاءات دورية لمكتبها وبحضور العملين والمنخرطين ودلك لوضع مقترحات وبرامج جديدة لتطوير عطاء الجمعية في المجال الفني والثقافي .
لقاء مع السيد والي ولاية وجدة خاص بالذكرى الثالثة لانطلاق المبادرة الوطنية لتنمية البشرية.

شاركت الجمعية مند تأسيسها في عدة مهرجانات وحصلت على جوائز عدة في التمثيل والموسيقى والإخراج والتأليف.. كما تشارك الجمعية في أغلب التظاهرات التي تستدعى إليها رغم غياب الدعم القار للفرقة.

دأبت جمعية بسمة للإنتاج الفني على المشارك أو تنظيم تظاهرات وحفلات ذات الطابع الإنساني
فقد شارك الجمعية في :
حفلات الاختتان التي تنظمها الجماعة الحضرية لمدينة وجدة
حفلات توزيع ملابس عيد الفطر وحفلا الإفطار للمعوزين خلال شهر رمضان بتعاون مع الجماعة الحضرية لمدينة وجدة وعدة جمعيات مهتمة .

نضرا لتطورات التي تعرفها الجمعية ونظرا لاحتياجات وطلبات منخرطيها قررت الجمعية ولوج مجال التنمية والتضامن وان كان هدا المجال ليس وليد العهد بالنسبة لبسمة .. فقد كانت بسمة ومند تأسيسها تهدف إلى إيجاد فرص لشغل الشباب ودلك من خلال البحث عن دعم الأعمال مسرحية محترفة ساهمت في تشغيل العديد من المبدعين وهدا جزا من التنمية كما أن الجمعية ساهمت في عدة أنشطة لمساعدة مبدعين .. كما قدمت أنشطة لصالح نزلاء الإصلاحيات وكدا الخيريات وساهمت الجمعية في عدة أعمال خيرية متنوعة.

مشروع بسمة

تسعى الجمعية إلى تحقيق مشروع بسمة والهادف إلى توفير آليات للإنارة والصوت وكدا وسيلة نقل لنقل الفرق المسرحية والجمعيات ذات الطابع الثقافي والفني بمدينة وجدة والجهة الشرقية وقد تقدمت الجمعية بطلب تمويل المشروع في إطار برنامج التنمية البشرية بالمغرب لسنة 2007 كما توصلت الجمعية بوعود من جمعيات بفرنسا قصد إمدادها ببعض التجهيزات الخاصة بالإنارة والصوت كمنحة للجمعية .

فضاء بسمة للإعلاميات

في إطار الدورة الثانية لقافلة الإعلاميات أسو كليك تقدمت الجمعية بطلب الحصول على عشر حواسيب ودلك قصد تأسيس فضاء بسمة للإعلاميات بمقر الجمعية سنة2007 رغم عدم قبول الملف ستسعى الجمعية لمحاولة تحقيق المشروع.

التحولات القانونية

عرفت الجمعية مند التأسيس عدة تحولات قانونية تماشيا مع المستجدات وكدا قانون دعم المسرح الاحترافي .. عقدت الجمعية جموعا عادية أو استثنائية، أسفرت عن انتخاب مكاتب متعددة للجمعية.
1997 الجمع العم الثاني وانتخاب مكتب مسير جديد .
1998 الجمع العام الثالث وتقليص أعضاء المكتب المسير من سبعة إلى خمسة أعضاء .
1999 إجراء تعديل على القانون الأساسي للجمعية وتحديد الجمع العام كل أربع سنوات.
2004 انعقد الجمع العام العادي وتم إجراء تعديلات على القانون الأساسي للجمعية مع ما يخوله القانون الجديد للجمعيات
وقلص المكتب إلى ثلاثة أعضاء مسيرين .
2005 تماشيا مع الموجهات الرئيسية لدعم المسرح الاحترافي تم إجراء بعض التعديلات على القانون الأساسي وقدم إشعار للجهات المختصة.
2006 لم يحصل أي تعديل قانوني .
2007 لم يحصل أي تعديل قانوني .
